Treatment Form 2025: A Temporary Pause to Catch Up

At Cuddle Care, our mission has always been to provide the best possible care for your beloved stuffed animals. Over the past near 2 years, we have been overwhelmed by the love and trust you've placed in us, and we want to take a moment to share an important update regarding our Treatment Form.

Why We're Temporarily Closing Our Treatment Form

Due to an exceptionally high demand, our waitlist still dates back to 2023. When we initially planned our workflow, we anticipated that around 90% of our cases would be simple fixes—minor stitching, small patches, and light cleaning. However, we've discovered that the majority of our patients require extensive reconstructions and major repairs. These intricate restorations take significantly more time and attention to ensure that each plush friend receives the highest level of care.

In order to catch up and continue delivering the quality of service you expect and deserve, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close our Treatment Form. This will allow us to focus on fulfilling existing requests and making sure every cuddly companion gets the meticulous care they need.

• If you're already on our waitlist: Rest assured that we are working diligently to get to your beloved plush as soon as possible.

• If you were hoping to submit a new request: We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. We will announce when the Treatment Form reopens, so be sure to follow us for updates.
